At 9th Oasis, operated by Nine Oasis LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All of our products (graphic tees, apparel, and accessories) are printed on demand specifically for each order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind.

We strongly encourage you to review our size charts carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at nine-oasis-service@9th-oasis.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

WRONG ADDRESS
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

LOST PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
